It is necessary

    • - 500 g seafood cocktail - mussels
    • shrimp
    • squid
    • octopuses;
    • - 350 g of spaghetti pasta;
    • - 2 tomatoes;
    • - 1 white sweet onion;
    • - a small bunch of green onions;
    • - 1 clove of garlic;
    • - 150 ml of cream;
    • - 200 g parmesan cheese;
    • - 3 - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
    • - 0.5 teaspoons of saffron;
    • - 1 glass of dry white wine;
    • - basil;
    • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Place the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds and then in cold water. Carefully remove the skins and cut the tomatoes into small slices.

Step 2

Cut the onions into small cubes, finely chop the green onion arrows, pass the clove of garlic through a garlic press. Lightly fry the onions in a saucepan in olive oil until translucent. Add green onions, garlic and chopped tomatoes.

Step 3

Saute the vegetables for a few minutes. At this time, grate about 100 g of cheese on a fine grater. Pour it with vegetables, pour in heavy cream or sour cream. Add basil, pour in a quarter cup of warm water, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes.

Step 4

Boil spaghetti - long, thin, round durum wheat pasta. Pour about 5 liters of water into a deep large saucepan, add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and bring to a boil, add about 2 tbsp. tablespoons of salt.

Step 5

Fan the spaghetti vertically in a saucepan, and after a minute, apply a little pressure until they are completely submerged in the water. Hot water softens the pasta and fits completely in the saucepan. Cook the spaghetti following the directions on the package, stirring constantly. Usually 7-10 minutes is enough. When the spaghetti is ready, discard them in a colander, drain the water, season with olive oil.

Step 6

Thaw the seafood shake at room temperature. Pour the saffron into the wine and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse the seafood in cold water, put in a saucepan, pour over with wine. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer the prepared seafood shake to the skillet with the vegetable sauce. Stir, cover and simmer for about 3 minutes.

Step 7

Place ready-made spaghetti on plates, sprinkle with vegetable and seafood sauce, sprinkle with grated parmesan or other hard cheese and serve.
