- - sweet pepper - 1 pc;
- - leeks (only the white part) - 1 stalk;
- - soy sauce - 2 tablespoons;
- - seasoning garam masala - 0.5 teaspoon.;
- - vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons.

With mushrooms, do the following: rinse thoroughly and then cut lengthwise into 2 equal-sized pieces. Cut the pepper into small pieces, after removing the core. First divide the leeks into 2 longitudinal parts, then cut into small wedges.

Champignon shashlik, like any other, should be marinated. To do this, transfer the mushrooms to a bowl along with the peppers and leeks. Pour vegetable oil, soy sauce, and garam masala into the vegetable mixture. Mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate for 60 minutes.
Step 3
After the time has passed, remove the pickled vegetables. Now start alternately stringing on wooden skewers, then mushrooms, then pepper, then leeks. Remember to soak the skewers in water for 10 minutes before using them. Grill the skewered vegetables for 3 minutes on each side. Champignon kebabs are ready!
