Broccoli is a Mediterranean vegetable. It can be eaten raw, steamed, baked, stewed. Broccoli cheese soup can become a favorite soup of the family, it tastes delicate and looks beautiful.

- chicken thighs - 2 pcs.,
- onion - 1 pc.,
- carrots - 1 pc.,
- potatoes - 4 pcs.,
- broccoli - 400 g,
- green peas - 200 g,
- processed cheese - 200 g,
- green onions and dill - parsley,
- bay leaf - 2 pcs.,
- wheat flour - 2 tablespoons
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken in a saucepan until tender.
Step 2
While cooking the broth, wash and cook the vegetables. Peel the onion, cut into half rings, fry until transparent.
Step 3
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, dip in the pan with the onion, continue cooking.
Next, add ½ glass of water to the vegetables and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Gently scatter flour over the surface of the pan, stir quickly so as not to get lumps.
Step 5
Dip vegetables from the pan and cooked potato cubes into the finished broth.
When the potatoes are ready, determine the time for combining the cheese with the soup. Pre-grate the cheese, in this form it dissolves better.
Step 6
After the cheese, dip broccoli cabbage, canned green peas, bay leaf. Divide the meat into small pieces, dip into the soup. Cook for 5-7 minutes, the soup is ready.
