Step 1
Separate the yolks from the whites, refrigerate the whites for better whipping.

Mash the yolk with two tablespoons of sugar, add flour, butter, knead the dough.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, spread the finished dough in layers in a centimeter in shape, leave the sides of the dough, put in the oven for 15 minutes.

Grind cranberries with a glass of sugar in a blender until smooth, remove the mold. Pour the sweet cranberry puree into the dough.
