It is necessary

  • For six servings:
  • - 12 medium sized potatoes;
  • - 150 g of raclette cheese;
  • - 12 thin strips of bacon or bacon;
  • - 12 sprigs of thyme;
  • - salt, pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the potatoes, boil until tender in slightly salted water. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Step 2

Cut each potato in half and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Just do not overdo it with salt, as the bacon is very salty.
