Raclette potatoes with Tyrolean bacon - a dish from German cuisine. It turns out such a raclette potato is very satisfying, it is served as a main dish.
It is necessary
- For six servings:
- - 12 medium sized potatoes;
- - 150 g of raclette cheese;
- - 12 thin strips of bacon or bacon;
- - 12 sprigs of thyme;
- - salt, pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the potatoes, boil until tender in slightly salted water. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Step 2
Cut each potato in half and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Just do not overdo it with salt, as the bacon is very salty.
Step 3
Put a slice of cheese on one half, cover with the other half of potatoes. Place a strip of bacon on the potatoes, then a thyme leaf.
Step 4
Line the baking dish with baking paper, put potatoes on it, put in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Serve the finished dish very hot.
