  • - 2 tablespoons of flour;
  • - 2 tablespoons of starch;
  • - 1 liter of milk;
  • - 10 yolks.
  • To fill:
  • - 1 pack of berry jelly;
  • - 400 g fresh or frozen berries.

Instructions

Step 1

Make biscuit dough. Beat the eggs and sugar thoroughly for 5 minutes. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder to the mixture, beat again. Then gradually add a couple of tablespoons of butter while whisking.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the dough in a silicone mold (if not, cover the baking sheet with baking paper and put the dough on it). Place the mold in the oven and bake the sponge cake for 20 minutes. After that, take out the form, turn it over. Let the biscuit cool completely.

Step 3

Prepare the cream. Separate the yolks from the whites and beat them with powdered sugar until a strong foam is obtained. Heat the pan (you do not need to pour oil into it). Combine starch and flour, lightly fry in a hot pan. Add the fried mixture to the powdered sugar yolks and beat again.

Step 4

Heat the milk and add half the yolk mass to it. in this case, you should constantly stir so that lumps do not form. When the milk boils, pour the remaining mass into it. Cook everything over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens. Cool the cream.

Step 5

Put the biscuit in a split form with high sides. Cover everything with a thick layer of cream and refrigerate for 30 minutes. After that, lay out fresh berries, you can use fresh ones in season: strawberries, raspberries, red currants, blueberries. Frozen can also be used, but should be thawed at room temperature.

Step 6

Pour the jelly with hot water, let it swell a little and gently pour it over the berries. Put the Tyrolean pie in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
