Marinated feta with olives is a simple yet delicious appetizer. It cooks very quickly, for cheese lovers - the very thing! It is worth noting that in this way you can marinate feta cheese and other cheeses. Herbs can be added to taste.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - feta - 200 grams;
- - green olives - 50 grams;
- - one lemon;
- - three cloves of garlic;
- - three sprigs of green basil;
- - crushed dry paprika - 1 teaspoon;
- - dry Provencal herbs;
- - olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the feta into cubes. Cut the zest from the lemon with a vegetable peeler, cut the garlic into slices.
Step 2
Place the cheese in a jar, alternating with garlic, zest strips, basil leaves, herbs and olives. Top with olive oil. Cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
Step 3
