Stuffed tomatoes are a great cold snack. Pickled feta cheese will add a special zest to the dish. I suggest you try to cook the dish. The recipe is very simple. The indicated amount of food is enough for 6 servings.

- - tomatoes (medium size) - 6 pcs.;
- - soft processed cheese - 200 g;
- - feta cheese - 200 g;
- - green apple - 1 pc.;
- - capers - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - pine nuts - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - sour cream 15% - 6 tbsp. l.;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp;
- - vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - lemon - 1 pc.;
- - garlic - 2 cloves;
- - greens of dill and cilantro - 30 g;
- - lettuce leaves - 12 pcs.

Step 1
Carefully cut the cheese into cubes (1X1 cm).
Step 2
Cooking the marinade. Remove the zest from the lemon. Chop the herbs and garlic. Combine vegetable oil, lemon zest, herbs, garlic, pepper. Pour the marinade over the cheese cubes, leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 3
Cut off the top of tomatoes, remove some pulp. You should get roomy cups.
Step 4
Cooking the filling. Peel the apple, remove the core, cut into small cubes, pour with lemon juice. Whip the cheese with sour cream, add the apple, capers and nuts, pepper. Stir. Stuff the tomatoes with the prepared filling.
Step 5
Place a few lettuce leaves on a serving plate. Place the stuffed tomato in the center and the marinated cheese cubes around. The dish is ready! Bon Appetit!
