    • 100 g sugar
    • 200 ml cream
    • 1 orange
    • 50 g orange liqueur
    • 100 g icing sugar
    • 50 g rum
    • spices (vanilla

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare a container for making ice cream. It should be a comfortable, roomy bowl.

Step 2

Separate the yolks from the whites. To do this, make two small holes in each egg - at the top and bottom. Hold each egg over a bowl or mug while the egg white flows into it. When the egg white has drained, beat off the top half of the shell and pour the yolk into the main bowl.

Step 3

Prepare a water bath. To do this, place the bowl in a larger pot and partially fill the pot with water. Put on fire and wait for the water to boil.

Beat the yolks and sugar with a mixer in a water bath until they acquire a pale, creamy consistency.

Step 5

Remove the water bath from the heat and continue whisking the cream until it has completely cooled and thickens.

Step 6

In a separate bowl, beat the cream and icing sugar thoroughly with a mixer. The cream should thicken too.

Step 7

Juice the orange. Strain it so that no large pieces of pulp remain in the juice. Combine the egg yolk cream with the squeezed juice and whipped cream.

Pour liquor into the mixture and mix thoroughly again.

Step 9

Close the bowl with the resulting mixture tightly with a lid and place in the freezer. Freeze the resulting product to semi-hardness.

Combine rum and spices (vanilla, cinnamon and saffron). Let the mixture brew under a closed lid for half an hour.

Take out the ice cream, gradually pour the rum and spice mixture into it, beat thoroughly and put it in the freezer until it solidifies.

Step 12

Ice cream is ready! Before serving, cut ice cream into pieces or roll into balls using a special round spoon. Gently place one or more pieces in glass bowls. Top your ice cream with whipped cream, mint leaves and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
