Cottage cheese is a necessary product that is especially important for a growing child's body. But not everyone loves it in its purest form. But sweet cottage cheese-based pastries are liked by many sweet tooth. For example, a cake with cottage cheese is a very tasty treat that even novice cooks can bake.

  • - cottage cheese - 300 g;
  • - premium flour - 160 g;
  • - chicken eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • - butter - 0.5 packs (90-100 g);
  • - sugar - 180 g;
  • - raisins - 100 g (optional);
  • - baking powder - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - vanillin - 1 sachet;
  • - icing sugar;
  • - mixer, submersible blender;
  • - baking dish.

Instructions

Step 1

Transfer the butter to a small bowl and melt in a water bath or microwave. Beat the chicken eggs with sugar using a mixer on high speed until they become fluffy white foam. Then add the melted butter and stir.

Step 2

If you have grains of curd, first grind it into a smooth paste with an immersion blender. If the curd is soft, just transfer it to the beaten eggs with sugar and butter. Then stir the mixture with a spoon or mixer on medium speed.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and vanilla. Then transfer it in portions to the curd mass and mix thoroughly so that there are no flour lumps left. Then add washed and dried raisins (optional).

Step 4

Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees. While it is warming up, grease the baking dish with any oil and pour the resulting dough into it. After that, send the mold to the oven and bake the muffin with cottage cheese for 40 minutes.

Step 5

Remove the finished product from the oven. After 5-10 minutes, transfer it from the mold to a plate. After cooling, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar and serve.
