For a pleasant tea party with your family, prepare a plum charlotte. The original plum aroma will add a little charm to the charlotte.

- -1-2 tbsp lemon juice;
- For the test:
- -2 pcs. eggs;
- 1/2 cup sugar
- -1/2 cup flour.
- For caramel:
- -1 tbsp. Sahara;
- -1/3 st. water;
- -½ tsp lemon juice.

Step 1
Take the plums and rinse them well. Then cut them into thin slices. Place the plums in a baking dish.

Then we make caramel. Mix ingredients for caramel. Simmer until sugar is completely dissolved and color changes. Watch carefully so that the caramel does not burn or taste bitter. Pour the finished caramel over the plum wedges laid out in a baking dish.
Step 3
Prepare biscuit dough for charlotte. Beat eggs with sugar. After that, gradually, slowly, add flour and gently stir with a spatula with movements from top to bottom. Pour the dough into a mold over the plums and flatten.
Step 4
Plum charlotte is baked at a temperature of 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove the finished charlotte from the oven and turn it onto a dish. The plums will end up on top.
