The dish is very simple, but this does not make it less tasty compared to difficult prepared dishes. The Red Hearts tartlets look very impressive and are perfect, for example, for a romantic evening.
It is necessary
- - 10 tartlets (ready-made);
- - 150 g of cottage cheese;
- - 100 g feta cheese;
- - 3 tbsp. sour cream;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 20 tomatoes (plum-shaped);
- - add dill and caviar to taste (for decoration).
Instructions
Step 1
Boil eggs until tender. Peel and grate.
Step 2
Finely chop the greens.
Step 3
Grind cottage cheese, boiled eggs, chopped dill, sour cream with a blender.
Step 4
Wash the tomatoes. Make an angle cut on each of them.
Step 5
To connect two tomatoes at the places of the cuts - these are hearts. Thus, combine all the tomatoes in pairs. You can fasten them with toothpicks to keep their shape.
Step 6
Leftover tomato slices (cut off earlier) can be added to the filling mixture.
Step 7
Fill each tartlet with curd filling, decorate with tomato hearts on top.
Step 8
You can put red caviar around the tartlets on a dish.
