Chicken fillet stewed in beer is a good idea for a festive table. Spices give a special aroma, and beer gives a light bitterness. Guests will be satisfied not only with the name of the dish, but also with the taste.

- - 400 g of champignons;
- - 2 carrots;
- - 1 onion;
- - 0.5 liters of beer;
- - 100 g of green peas;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - vegetable oil;
- - black pepper;
- - basil;
- - marjoram;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut onion and carrots into strips. Fry in vegetable oil. Add green peas to the fried vegetables. Boil the mushrooms.
Step 2
Wash the chicken fillet, drain the water, cut into small pieces. Combine with fried vegetables, salt and pepper to taste. Add mushrooms.
Step 3
Place in ceramic pots, simmer for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 4
After 10 minutes, reduce the temperature in the oven to 140 degrees, close the pots with lids. Continue simmering for another 25 minutes.
Step 5
After 25 minutes, add sour cream, garlic and herbs, continue to simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve in pots.
