Don't like to spend a lot of time preparing delicious desserts? Then make a sweet pie called "Varenka". It is easy enough to bake and has a great taste, delicate aroma and crumbly texture.

- - butter - 100 g;
- - cream 35% - 100 g;
- - sugar - 50 g;
- - vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon;
- - baking powder for dough - 2 teaspoons;
- - flour - 300 g.
- For filling:
- - any jam - 200 g.

Step 1
The first thing to do is soften the butter. To do this, just keep it at room temperature for a while. Then add the following ingredients to it: granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly.

Combine flour, certainly sifted, with a baking powder for dough. After mixing this mixture, add it to the sugar and butter mass. Knead a soft dough that will not stick to your palms.

Divide the finished dough into 2 pieces, and so that one is slightly larger, and the other, on the contrary, is smaller.

Roll out the larger part of the dough with a rolling pin, and then put it on a round collapsible baking dish. Straighten and shape the bumpers for the sweet pie.

Then, on the dough laid out in the form, place, carefully spreading in an even layer over the entire surface, the filling for the pie - jam. You can choose absolutely anyone.
Step 6
Form several different sized sausages from the remaining piece of dough. Place them on the filling like rings.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and bake the dish in it until it is covered with a light golden crust, that is, for 30-40 minutes. If desired, you can decorate the finished baked goods, for example, sprinkling with powdered sugar. Sweet Pie "Varenka" is ready! Serve this delicacy to the table when it cools down a little, otherwise it will be inconvenient to cut it.
