A quick way to make a delicious cheesecake for dessert. The base consists of chocolate waffles and the filling is made of mascarpone and delicious chocolate-nut spread. It will take less than an hour to cook the treat.
It is necessary
- For the basics:
- - 200 g waffles with chocolate-nut cream;
- - 50 g each of butter, powdered sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of water.
- For filling:
- - 250 g mascarpone;
- - 100 g of chocolate-nut paste;
- - 100 ml of Greek yogurt;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the waffles, butter, icing sugar and 2 tablespoons of plain water into a blender bowl. Grind until a pliable dough is formed, from which to form a ball.
Step 2
Cover the form with parchment, form paper and small sides. Put a ball of dough into the mold, press it with your hands, spreading it along the bottom. Bake the cheesecake base at 180 degrees for 8 minutes. Next, the base must be cooled.
Step 3
Mix mascarpone cheese with Greek yogurt and sugar. You should get a homogeneous mixture. Put this cream on the cake, smooth over its surface. Place the chocolate nut spread over the cream. If your pasta is too thick, then you should hold it for a couple of minutes in a water bath or put it in the microwave for half a minute.
Step 4
Place the mascarpone waffle cheesecake in the refrigerator for half an hour. Allow the cheesecake to sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving. Serve dessert with tea or coffee.
