- - 200 g frozen peas;
- - 50 g parmesan;
- - 4 fillets of anchovy in oil;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;

- - 1 bunch of fresh herbs;
- - lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper.

Cut the ciabatta into small pieces and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with butter, sprinkle with a third of the grated cheese. Bake under the grill until the croutons are golden brown.
