Pancakes baked in Picardy style - a dish of French cuisine. They turn out to be incredibly tasty, tender and very satisfying. It is impossible to tear yourself away from eating pancakes.
It is necessary
- - 200 g ham
- - 100 g of hard cheese
- - 100 g sour cream
- - 250 g champignons
- - 8 pcs. pancakes
- - 500 ml of milk
- - 30 g flour
- - 30 g butter
- - 1-2 pcs. shallots
- - salt, pepper to taste
- - nutmeg
- - 20 ml of beer
Instructions
Step 1
Bake the pancakes first. Combine milk, beer, eggs and flour. Cut the ham and mushrooms into cubes. Chop the onion finely.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into a skillet, add onion and fry until golden brown. Then add the mushrooms and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Add sour cream and simmer for another 10-12 minutes.
Step 3
Place mushrooms in the center of the pancake, ham on top and wrap in an envelope.
Step 4
Make mornay sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour, stirring occasionally, cook for 3-5 minutes. Then add milk, nutmeg, pepper and salt to taste. Cook until the mixture thickens. Add cheese at the end.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with butter. Arrange pancakes and top with mornay sauce.
Step 6
Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.
