- Mayonnaise
- Sunflower oil

Instructions
Step 1
If the duck carcass is frozen, you need to defrost it. Pierce the fatty parts of the duck with a toothpick and put the carcass on an inclined surface so that all the fat flows out.
Step 2
Pour the prunes with boiling water and let stand for 20 minutes. After the prunes have softened, you need to dry them a little.
Step 3
Chop the garlic finely. Rub the duck carcass with garlic, pepper and salt. Mix prunes with coriander, pepper and bay leaves.
Step 4
Stuff the duck with the resulting mixture of prunes and spices. After all the mixture has been placed inside the duck, it is necessary to close all the holes. For this, toothpicks are suitable.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cut off the culinary sleeve to the required length. Place the duck in the sleeve and tie the edges in the sleeve on a baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake for 1, 5-2 hours.
Step 6
Remove the duck from the oven 20 minutes before the end of cooking. Use a sharp knife to cut the sleeve. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the duck and put back in the oven. The mayonnaise will give a golden crunchy crust. Before serving, remove the duck from the sleeve and remove all toothpicks.
