It is necessary
- - 2 kg of beef,
- - 2 onions,
- - 4 gr coriander,
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- - salt to taste,
- - 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
- - 400 g of any fat.
Instructions
Step 1
For a soft beef kebab, choose the neck of the carcass.
Step 2
Crush the coriander peas with a mortar, but not very finely.
Step 3
Pass the peeled onions through a meat grinder or blender. If you don't have a blender on hand, grate the onion.
Step 4
Rinse the meat and cut into pieces of 3, 5 by 4 cm, a little more is possible.
Step 5
Transfer the pieces of meat to a bowl, season with salt, chopped onions, mayonnaise, baking soda, and coriander, and stir well. Press down the meat with a plate on which you can put a small load and leave for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Step 6
Put the marinated meat on a skewer, alternating between meat and a piece of internal fat. This will make the meat more juicy.
Step 7
Sprinkle 2-3 skewers with meat and scarlet with breadcrumbs, which press down with your hands to the meat. Thus, you will get a kebab with a pleasant crunch.
Step 8
Cook a kebab over coals. To prevent dripping grease from igniting the coals, sprinkle a little water on them from time to time.
Step 9
Transfer the prepared kebab to a wide platter and serve with fresh vegetables, your favorite sauce and drinks.
