    • Citrus Marinade:
    • 2 lemons;
    • 2 oranges;
    • 2 kg of meat;
    • 1 kg of onions;
    • 50 grams of cilantro;
    • salt
    • pepper;
    • 2 tablespoons of sugar.
    • Marinade in vinegar:
    • 100 grams of vinegar;
    • 200 grams of vegetable oil;
    • 3 kg of meat;
    • 1 kg of onions;
    • spices to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Marinade from tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into slices and transfer to an enamel bowl. Mash them with a fork until they become mushy. Cut the onion into half rings. Add greens with twigs. Cut the meat into portions and add to the marinade. Pour orange juice over everything, season with spices and mix well. The meat should be infused in a cool place for at least 8 hours.
