Many women want to lose weight, but there are sweet teeth among us who cannot refuse bread rolls, cookies and other sweets. In this situation, simple tips for converting non-dietary baked goods into dietary ones will help us.
- Replace whole eggs with whites;
- if the recipe requires margarine in the dish, then you can use low-fat cottage cheese instead;
- instead of wheat flour, you can use corn, oatmeal or rice flour.
It is also worth replacing sugar with other sweeteners such as fructose or honey. If you are making savory baked goods, you can add herbs to the dough. Also recall that in some dishes, you can use semolina instead of flour.
Oven curd balls
For cooking you will need:
- 250 grams of cottage cheese;
- 50 grams of brown sugar;
- 100 grams of buckwheat flakes;
- 60 grams of corn flour;
- one egg;
- half a teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt.
Stir the cottage cheese, eggs and sugar thoroughly, then add the cereal, stir and let sit for about 30 minutes.
Put the oven to preheat and sift the flour with baking powder into the curd mass. Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet on top of the parchment. Bake for a quarter of an hour in a well-preheated oven.
