Reduce fats in the diet, giving preference to healthy vegetable and fish oils, unrefined vegetable oils, flaxseed, red fish.
Step 3
Fractional food. You should eat more often, in small portions, ideally from 6 times. Eating fractionally and balanced, you will rarely feel hungry. By deceiving the body in this way, supplying calories regularly and on time. When eating small portions, meals are required at intervals of 2-3 hours.
