Vegetable oil can be stored for up to six months, onions and garlic - 6-8 months, potatoes - 6-9 months (sprinkle with rowan leaves so that the vegetable does not rot). The optimal shelf life of canned food is six months, spices, nuts - about a year. Tropical fruits "live" on average 5 days, but the shelf life of honey, subject to storage conditions, is unlimited.
