The "Imprisoned Meat" salad is suitable for a festive table due to its original design. And most importantly, it's delicious and simple. A salad is prepared in half an hour, four servings are obtained. Give it a try - you won't forget the combination of soy sauce, sesame seeds and mushrooms!
It is necessary
- - 300 g of meat;
- - 150 g of champignons;
- - 100 g of puff pastry;
- - 60 g of cheese;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
- - 1 egg;
- - mayonnaise, sesame seeds, fresh herbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Take any meat (beef or pork), cut into small pieces. Add soy sauce and spices to taste, and marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms into slices, fry the mushrooms and meat separately until tender. Grate the cheese.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients of the salad: mushrooms, meat, cheese, season with mayonnaise.
Step 4
Roll out the dough, make cuts in a checkerboard pattern. Roll a ball out of parchment paper, wrap with foil, cover with a net of dough. Spread with beaten chicken egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 5
Bake until golden brown in the oven at 180 degrees.
Step 6
