If you are looking for a cake recipe for a New Year's celebration, then this is just what you need!
It is necessary
- For 4 cakes d = 22 cm:
- - 300 g flour;
- - a pinch of baking powder;
- - 8 eggs;
- - 300 g of sugar;
- - 400 g of white chocolate;
- - 400 g sour cream from 20%.
- For the cream:
- - 700 g of Mascarpone cheese;
- - 6 tbsp. icing sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. vanilla sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Prepare the molds by greasing them well with oil and lightly dusting them with flour.
Step 2
Melt the white chocolate on the stove in a water bath and let cool.
Step 3
To prepare the dough, divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Set aside the whites for a while, and beat the yolks with sugar into a fluffy creamy mass. Add sour cream and melted and cooled chocolate to the yolks. Beat again.
Step 4
Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the yolk mixture. Beat thoroughly with a mixer.
Step 5
Beat the whites separately until peaks and add them to the rest of the dough in several steps. Stir the mixture gently from edge to center so that the proteins do not fall off.
Step 6
Divide the dough into 4 parts, arrange in tins and bake for 40 minutes. You can also bake the mixture on one large baking sheet and then cut it into 4 pieces.
Step 7
While the cakes are baking, mix "Mascarpone" with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar using a whisk. Remove the cream in the cold for half an hour.
Step 8
Cool the finished cakes and coat with cream. They also decorate the top and sides of the cake. If desired, you can sprinkle the cake with grated white chocolate, coconut or almond petals, waffle crumbs. Keep the cake cold before serving!
