Despite the fact that we will sculpt cutlets from minced veal, they will turn out to be soft and juicy. Blue cheese will give them a unique flavor.
It is necessary
- 1 kg of minced veal;
- 100 g of blue cheese;
- 1 onion;
- 1 bunch of green onions;
- Chili pepper, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper - to taste;
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce;
- 1 tsp mustard.
- Olive oil for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the onion, it is even better to grate it. Chop green onions.
Step 2
We mix onion with veal, blue cheese (it is soft, so there should be no problems), sauces and mustard, salt and pepper. It is very important to mix the minced meat well. Having coped with this task, send it to the refrigerator for at least half an hour: the ingredients should "make friends" with each other.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a heavy, ideally cast iron skillet. We sculpt cutlets and fry until tender. Ideal both as a stand-alone dish and as a savory filling for burgers. Bon Appetit!
