The first meal is very important for the body, which is why you need to carefully monitor what you eat in the morning. I suggest you prepare granola for breakfast - a mixture of cereals. This dish is not only very tasty, but also healthy.
It is necessary
- - puffed rice - 1, 5 glasses;
- - oatmeal - 1, 5 cups;
- - unsalted butter - 2 tablespoons;
- - honey - 1, 25 glasses;
- - peanut butter - 2 tablespoons;
- - dark chocolate - 100 g.
Instructions
Step 1
In a loose, clean bowl, combine ingredients such as puffed rice and oatmeal. Mix everything properly, and then remove the resulting mixture aside for a while.
Step 2
Combine unsalted melted butter, peanut butter and honey in a separate saucepan. Mix all of the above ingredients thoroughly. Put the resulting mixture on the stove and heat over low heat, stirring continuously, until its consistency turns into a homogeneous and fluid, that is, for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Allow the butter to cool for a few minutes, then add it to a dry mixture of puffed rice and oatmeal. Mix everything as it should, that is, until smooth.
Step 4
Transfer the resulting mass to a previously prepared dish and distribute it evenly over the entire surface. Grind dark chocolate into small pieces and sprinkle the future granola with it. In this form, place the dish in the refrigerator for at least half an hour, and preferably until it solidifies completely.
Step 5
Carefully cut the frozen mass with a knife into pieces of the same size. Chocolate nut granola is ready!
