It is necessary

  • - half a chicken;
  • - 300 g of puff pastry (can be frozen);
  • - 1 small carrot;
  • - 1 small vegetable marrow;
  • - 1 PC. onions;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 3 stalks of green garlic;
  • - 1 fresh green chili;
  • - 1 piece of fresh ginger 2-3 cm;
  • - 7 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil (preferably peanut oil);
  • - half a lemon;
  • - salt and pepper to taste.
  • You will also need: a knife, a cutting board, a ladle, a grater, dishes for baking in the oven, a blender, a saucepan, a juicer, and paper for baking in the oven.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the carrots and cut into 2 cm pieces. Without peeling, cut 1 zucchini into the same pieces.

Boil water in a ladle. Add carrots and zucchini there and cook for 10 minutes. Then cool and chop the vegetables finely.
