The hamburger appeared in Germany. Initially, it was a Hamburg steak, which was served with a bun, later this word came to mean a dish, which included a meat cake, a bun and a wide variety of additives.
Beef burger with guacamole
To prepare 5 servings, you will need:
- 5 hamburger buns;
- 4 tablespoons of butter;
- 1 teaspoon of hot soy sauce;
- juice of half a lemon;
- ground black pepper and salt.
Wash the beef, dry it, cut into pieces and mince it. To make the steak juicier, it is recommended not to touch the minced meat with your hands, but to stir it with a fork. Form 5 tortillas and sauté in a hot skillet sprinkled with salt. Fry on each side for no more than 2-3 minutes.
Salt the finished tortillas, season with pepper. Then brush each one with butter and drizzle with lemon juice and soy sauce.
Prepare guacomole. Take:
- avocado;
- 1 tomato;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 pod of red hot pepper;
- 1 medium onion.
Peel and dice the avocado. Peel and seed the tomato and also cut into cubes. Chop the pepper and garlic. Grate the onion. Combine all the ingredients and whisk the sauce in a mixer.
Cut the buns in half. Place the meat cake on the bottom of the bun, guacamole on top and cover everything with the other half.
Beef burger with mushrooms
To make a hamburger with this recipe, take:
- 5 buns;
- 750 g of lean beef;
- 100 g of any fresh mushrooms;
- 1 avocado fruit;
- 1 onion;
- 1 tomato;
- salt.
Wash the meat, remove excess fat and film. Chop it finely with a knife. Form 5 thin tortillas and sauté in a skillet with a little oil.
Peel fresh mushrooms, boil in salted water until tender. Cut the finished mushrooms into slices and fry. Chop the onion finely and fry until golden brown. Peel the avocado and cut the flesh into thin slices. cut the tomato into slices.
Cut the hamburger buns in half. Place the tortilla on the bottom half, on which are the fried mushrooms, avocado slices, onions and a round of tomato. Cover everything with the other half of the bun.
