Lemon soup is great for refreshing in hot weather. The soup is easy and quick to prepare.
It is necessary
- - 2 lemons
- - 1, 2 onions
- - 2 cloves of garlic
- - 50 g butter
- - 2 tbsp. l. flour
- - 900 ml ready-made chicken broth
- - 300 ml cream 15%
- - salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Fry finely chopped garlic and onion in butter. When the onion turns golden with a pleasant smell, add flour and mix well. Then gradually stirring in the finished chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
Step 2
On a fine grater, grate the zest of two lemons and add to the cooking broth. Cover and simmer for about five minutes. The next step is to add salt and pepper to taste and add the juice of two lemons.
Step 3
Cook over low heat for twenty minutes. Then slowly, stirring constantly, add the cream. When the soup is cooked, close the lid and turn off the stove to brew. After that, the soup must be cooled at room temperature.
