A tasty, satisfying, aromatic dish made of crispy dough with meat filling can decorate any festive table and become a favorite treat for the whole family.
It is necessary

- - 560 ml of water;
- - 20 g of salt;
- - 1060 g flour;
- - 525 g minced pork or beef;
- - 185 g of onions;
- - 215 g of carrots;
- - 16 g of garlic;
- - salt pepper;
- - 55 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 275 ml of cream;
- - 75 ml tomato paste;
- - 185 g of hard cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onions, rinse and cut into small pieces. Peel and grate the carrots, chop the garlic. Fry all prepared vegetables in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Mix the minced meat with salt and pepper, add it to the fried vegetables, mix everything thoroughly and fry for another 25 minutes.
Step 3
Beat the egg thoroughly, add salt, 260 ml of hot water to it and mix well. Pour 3 cups of flour into a deep bowl, make a depression in it and pour an egg mixed with water into it.
Step 4
Knead the dough, gradually adding more flour to it. Then leave it on for about 35 minutes. After that, roll out the dough in a thin layer and transfer the filling onto it.
Step 5
Wrap the filled dough in the form of a roll, cut it into circles no more than 5 centimeters thick. On one side, pinch the dough on them.
Step 6
Prepare a sauce with cream, tomato paste and water. Transfer the filled circles to a baking sheet, pour over the sauce and place in the oven for 30 minutes. Then remove them, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for about 12 minutes.
