  • - a bunch of parsley;
  • - 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs;
  • - 500 g of tomatoes;
  • - lemon juice;
  • - sugar;
  • - salt

Instructions

Step 1

Make a dough. Mix oil with bacon, pour in 75 ml of wine. Heat, but do not boil. Remove from heat, stir in flour and add a little salt. Knead well, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 2

Make a salsa sauce. Chop a red onion, 2 chili peppers after removing the seeds, and a clove of garlic. Peel the tomatoes, cut into cubes.

Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and quickly fry the onions and garlic in it. Next, add the tomatoes and chili peppers.

Step 4

Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly. Season to taste with lemon juice, add a pinch of sugar and salt, and leave to cool.

Step 5

Prepare the filling. Chop the onion and garlic clove. Finely chop the bell pepper and 1-2 chili peppers, scraping out the seeds. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic.

Step 6

Then add the Bulgarian and chili peppers, quickly fry with them. Then put the minced meat in the skillet and fry until the meat reaches a crumb consistency.

Step 7

Season with salt and pepper, stir in sour cream, tomato puree, parsley. If the mixture is very runny, add the breadcrumbs.

Step 8

Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out circles about 10 cm in diameter. Spread the filling on the halves of each disc and fold the circles in half, pinching the edges.

Step 9

Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan, fry the pies until golden brown, spreading on paper napkins to let the glass excess oil. Serve with salsa sauce.
