Delicate shrimp meat is recognized as a delicacy. And thanks to the chemical composition of shrimp, dishes made from them normalize the work of the cardiovascular system, improve metabolism, condition of nails and hair, and activate metabolism. Shrimp can be boiled, fried and baked. They go well with various sauces: creamy, tomato, hot and sweet.

Sweet Spicy Fried Shrimp Recipe

To cook fried shrimp in a sweet and spicy sauce, you will need the following foods:

- 20 large shrimps;

- 2 lemons;

- 100 g of butter;

- 10 grams of Worcester sauce;

- ½ tsp hot tabasco;

- 70 g of raisins;

- 1 chili pepper;

- 3 cloves of garlic;

- ½ tsp ground black pepper;

- salt.

Peel the shrimps, rinse well and dry. Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Cut the chili in half, remove the seeds along with the stalk and partitions, then cut the chili into thin strips. Squeeze the juice out of the lemons and grate the zest from one lemon on a fine grater. Rinse seedless raisins and soak for 20 minutes in warm water. When it swells, remove the raisins from the water and pat dry. Cut the butter into small cubes. In a deep bowl, combine the lemon juice with the Tabasco and Worcester sauces. Add chopped garlic, salt and ground black pepper.

Place the prepared mixture in a large skillet and, stirring continuously, heat it over medium heat for a minute. Then add chili and raisins to the sauce, mix everything well and cook the sauce for another minute.

Put the peeled shrimps in a pan and fry them literally for 1-2 minutes on each side. Then remove the pan from the heat, add the pieces of butter and melt it with constant stirring. Then put the pan on the fire again for 30-40 seconds, then mix the shrimps in a hot-sweet sauce, cool and serve.

Boiled Shrimp Recipe with Sweet Spicy Sauce

To make a light snack with boiled shrimp and hot and sweet sauce, you will need:

- 1 kg of shrimp;

- 60 g butter;

- 40 ml of lemon juice;

- 30 g of basil;

- 30 g of parsley;

- 20 g chili peppers;

- 5 cloves of garlic;

- ground black pepper;

- salt.

For the sauce:

- 100 g horseradish;

- 3 apples;

- 200 ml cream (35%);

- granulated sugar;

- salt.

Prepare the sauce. To do this, wash the horseradish root, dry, peel and grate on a fine grater. Then add salt and sugar to taste and stir. Whip the cream and add to the prepared mass. Peel the apples, grate on a fine grater, combine with the sauce and mix gently.

Boil the shrimps in lightly salted water and peel them off. Melt the butter in a skillet and heat it slightly with lemon juice, finely chopped basil, parsley, garlic and chili.

Transfer the boiled shrimp to a serving dish and pour over the cooked spicy butter. Serve the hot and sweet sauce separately in a saucepan.
