It is quite simple to cook pancakes with sturgeon and caviar in a pair way. They are healthy, tender and fluffier than regular pancakes in a skillet.
It is necessary
- - red caviar 100 grams;
- - sturgeon 200 grams;
- - 1 glass of milk;
- - 1, 5 cups of buckwheat flour;
- - 2 eggs;
- - yeast 10 grams;
- - 1 teaspoon of sugar and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Dilute yeast with half a glass of warm water, yeast is a "leavening agent" of the dough. Add a glass of flour, a little sugar and salt there. Stir the ingredients thoroughly. Cover and leave to "come up" in a warm place.
Step 2
Add all the other ingredients to the ready-made dough, or rather: eggs, a third of the flour, sugar and salt. Now the small thing remains, knead well and place the dough. It should be noted that the dough "fits" better in a warm place.
Step 3
Wait 20 minutes until the dough rises. Meanwhile, heat the milk. Then after the passed time, kneading the dough, gradually pour in the milk. Your dough is ready for making delicious pancakes, it should turn out to be watery.
Step 4
Preheat a crepe maker or skillet to the desired limit. Wait until your work surface is ready and start baking pancakes. Pancakes should be baked for about 1-2 minutes on each side. Pancakes are most often served as a hot appetizer or main course. Don't forget to serve pancakes with caviar and sturgeon.
