Instructions

Step 1

For the sauce, dissolve 30 g of butter in a small saucepan, add 150 g of sugar and keep on low heat until a soft golden caramel is formed.

Remove the stewpan with caramel from heat and let cool slightly.

Then pour in 50 ml of hot water and bring to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Then add the cream and cook for another 2 minutes. Let cool.

Pour water into a large dish 1/3 of the height and place in an oven heated to 180 degrees.

Brush a small dish with the remaining butter and pour 2 tablespoons of the prepared caramel sauce on the bottom.
