In order to prepare an insanely tasty and satisfying dessert, you do not need a lot of knowledge, skills and strength. I suggest that you make cakes called Blow Kiss. Not only are they easy to cook, they don't need to be baked yet.

- - butter - 100 g;
- - egg - 1 piece;
- - sugar - 100 g;
- - honey - 1, 5 tablespoons;
- - sour cream - 3 tablespoons;
- - baking powder for dough - 1 tablespoon;
- - flour - 350-370 g.
- For the cream:
- - butter - 100 g;
- - sugar - 150 g;
- - vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon;
- - egg - 1 piece;
- - cottage cheese 5% - 500 g;
- - starch - 2 tablespoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine ingredients such as pre-softened butter, egg, granulated sugar, honey, sour cream, and flour pre-sieved with baking powder in a loose bowl. Mix everything thoroughly. Knead a soft dough resembling plasticine from the resulting mass. Place it in the cold for a quarter of an hour.
Step 2
With the chilled dough, do this: lightly knead with your hands, then divide into 4 equal shares. Then, using a rolling pin, roll each of them into a square so that the thickness is no more than 2 millimeters.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. Put the resulting dough squares into the oven one by one for about 3-5 minutes. When the cakes are ready, carefully cut off the edges.
Step 4
Combine products such as granulated sugar, butter, cottage cheese, vanilla sugar, as well as chicken eggs and starch in one bowl and mix well. Then put this mass in a water bath. Heat it, stirring continuously, until it becomes thick. Thus, the cream for future cakes is ready.
Step 5
Put the resulting cream on the finished cakes. Lay them on top of each other. Top with baked scraps. Leave it at room temperature for about 2-3 hours. Thus, the dessert will soak and cool. Cut the treat into pieces. Air Kiss cakes are ready! Feel free to serve them to the table.
