Chicken rolls with rosemary are not only delicious, but also a beautiful dish. This appetizer can be prepared both for a holiday and for a regular dinner. Rolls can be served with any side dish. Cooking will not take long, just 15 minutes and your family and guests will enjoy the great taste of chicken rolls with rosemary.
It is necessary
- • Chicken fillet - 5 pcs
- • Bulgarian pepper - piece
- • Milk cream - 2 tbsp.
- • Cheese - 100 g
- • Green onions - 2-3 arrows
- • Breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp.
- • Lemon - 1 piece
- • Rosemary - 1 tbsp.
- • Spices (for chicken meat) - 1 tbsp.
- • Vegetable oil (olive) - 2 tbsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Chicken fillet is good to beat off with a culinary hammer, wrapping it with cling film.
Step 2
Then transfer the meat to a deep container, add the chicken spices, salt and pepper. While the meat is soaked in all the spices and seasonings, prepare the filling.

In a separate container, mix lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt and pepper and beat a little with a whisk or fork.

For the filling, you need to chop bell peppers, green onions. Grate cheese. Mix everything.
Step 5
Now it's time to shape the rolls. Put the beaten chicken meat on a board, put the filling on the fillet and roll it up with a tube, fix the resulting rolls with toothpicks.
Step 6
First dip the rolled rolls in a mixture of olive oil and lemon. Then roll in breadcrumbs.
Step 7
Put all the rolls in a baking dish, place in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes at 200 C.
Step 8
Chicken rolls with rosemary can be served as a separate dish or with a side dish: potatoes, cereals, pasta. You can put it on lettuce leaves.
