It is necessary

  • - 500 grams of chicken breasts,
  • - 700 grams of potatoes,
  • - 500 grams of puff pastry,
  • - 20 grams of fresh rosemary,
  • - 15 grams of thyme, thyme,
  • - 450 grams of cream,
  • - 40 grams of butter,
  • - 200 grams of spinach,
  • - 1 onion.

Instructions

Step 1

Take out the puff pastry, thaw on towels. Cover the dough with a towel when defrosting to prevent the edges from drying out.

Step 2

Rinse the chicken breast, dry, cut into large cubes. Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into centimeter cubes (if desired, you can cut into strips). Peel the onion, cut into rings (the thickness of the rings to taste).

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan (amount to taste), fry the meat. Transfer the seared pieces of meat to a bowl and sprinkle with two sprigs of thyme. Leave aside.

Fry the potatoes in the same pan. Transfer the fried potatoes to a bowl and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.

Step 5

Roll the dough to the size of the baking sheet, you should get two sheets of rolled dough. Line a baking sheet with baking paper on which to place the first sheet of dough that you roll out.

Put fried potatoes on the dough, then chicken pieces, salt to taste and put onion rings. Cover with a second piece of rolled dough. Pierce the entire surface of the dough with a fork.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cook the pie for half an hour.

For the sauce, melt a piece of butter in a skillet. Coarsely chop the spinach, fry. After reducing the amount of spinach in the pan, add a tablespoon of flour and fry a little. Add the cream in small portions while stirring. After boiling, season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
