It is necessary

  • - 1 chicken;
  • - 0.5 glasses of dark beer;
  • - 50 ml of olive oil;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of ground paprika;
  • - 1 lemon;
  • - 6 sprigs of rosemary;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the marinade. The lemon should be washed with hot water and rolled over the table. Citrus will give more juice. Grate the zest, only then squeeze the juice out of the fruit. Combine everything, add dark beer and olive oil. Then you should add salt and mix well.

Step 2

Pour marinade over the chicken and leave for 1, 5-2 hours.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 180˚С. Get the chicken. Pour the marinade into a jar and put a few sprigs of rosemary in it. Then place the jar in a high-sided baking dish and place the chicken on top.

Step 4

Spread the remaining rosemary on a baking sheet. The aroma will be impregnated with the chicken.

Step 5

Place the chicken dish on the bottom of the preheated oven. Bake for 50 minutes.

Step 6

10 minutes before the end of baking, add paprika to the chicken and coat with the fat released during frying.
