It is necessary

  • - yeast - 1 tsp;
  • - warm water - 200 ml;
  • - flour - 1, 5 cups;
  • - olive oil, 2 tablespoons for simmering onions + 1 more tbsp. into the dough;
  • - salt and pepper to taste;
  • - anchovies, 4-5 pcs.;
  • - onions, 1 kg (if you have other varieties of onions - red or shallots - feel free to add!);
  • - a mixture of herbs "Provencal herbs", 1 tbsp;
  • - pitted olives, 100 g.

Instructions

Step 1

We put the usual yeast dough: mix the yeast with water and flour, add oil and salt, mix well again, cover with cling film and leave for 1 or 1, 5 hours.

Step 2

Heat oil in a frying pan. We send the anchovies there for 3-4 minutes. Then add a mixture of Provencal herbs. We cut the onion into thin half rings and also send it to the pan. Pepper and salt to taste. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

Step 3

An hour later, roll out the dough that has come up and put it on baking paper. Put onion filling on top, and olives on top of it. We send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes. Bon Appetit!
