Mango curd parfait is a French cuisine dish. The delicacy turns out to be airy, tender, light and very tasty. The parfait just melts in your mouth.

- - 250 ml cream
- - 400 g of cottage cheese
- - 250 g brown granulated sugar
- - 1 mango
- - 2 tsp baileys liqueur
- - 6 pcs. cookies
- - 50 g pistachios
Instructions
Step 1
First, grind the brown granulated sugar in a blender into a powder. Then whisk the cream and icing sugar until a firm foam.
Step 2
Add cottage cheese and liquor, beat with a mixer for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Put a small layer of creamy curd mass in a baking dish and smooth over the surface.
Step 4
Rinse the mango well, then peel it and chop in a blender until pureed. Dip the biscuits well on all sides in the mango puree. And lay out the cookies in the second layer. Then again the creamy curd mass and a layer of cookies. Do this to the edges of the mold, the last layer should be a creamy curd mass.
Step 5
Store the parfait in a cold place overnight. Wrap the mango puree in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Pull out the parfait, garnish with pistachios and mango puree.
