It is necessary

  • - 250 g of boiled pork;
  • - 1/2 can of red canned beans;
  • - 1 red onion;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - pickled gherkins;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of greens;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mayonnaise;
  • - 1/2 teaspoon of mustard;
  • - chili sauce;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - a bunch of Lollo-Rosso salad;
  • - carrots or bell peppers (for decoration).

Instructions

Step 1

Boil hard boiled eggs. To prevent the shells from cracking on the eggs, add some salt with water.

Step 2

Dice eggs, meat and gherkins. The onion must be cut into thin half rings. Add beans to this mixture. If there is liquid in the can of beans, drain it first. Add greens as well.

Step 3

Now we are preparing the salad dressing. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, black pepper, mustard and chili sauce.

Step 4

Let's start shaping the salad. Place lettuce leaves on a dish, put salad and sprinkle with grated egg yolk.

We begin to “grow a cactus”. Flowers for him can be made from bell peppers, small onions, radishes or carrots.

Step 6

Trim the tips of the small gherkins on one side so that they fit better together. Connect large gherkins with toothpicks. Attach small cucumbers to each other with toothpicks, broken into 2 halves.

Now it remains only to decorate our “cactus” with “flowers”. The dish is ready, you can serve it to the table.
