It takes 60 minutes to cook 10 servings of stuffed potatoes with egg. Wash the potatoes and cook them in their uniforms, wait for them to cool down, peel them, cut off the tops and remove the middle to make the cups.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, break one egg into each potato cup, add salt on top, put on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. While the stuffed potatoes are cooking, we make a salad. Cut pickled cucumbers and sausage into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion, add to cucumbers and sausage, season the salad with canned peas, herbs and mayonnaise.

Put the salad on a large dish, take the potatoes out of the oven and place them around the salad. Sprinkle the dish with chopped herbs and decorate with tomatoes. Stuffed potatoes can be served hot and cold, grease the hot dish with butter or vegetable oil. Instead of eggs, you can use other filling: minced meat with an egg, fried mushrooms with chopped herbs and cheese, etc. In this case, it is better to serve potatoes with a light salad of vegetables: fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, olives.
