Singaporean cuisine is practically unknown in Russia. However, there are many recipes in it that Russians might like. An example is a pork roll with mushrooms and shrimps.

It is necessary

    • 200 g pork fillet;
    • 50 g shrimp;
    • 50 g of mushrooms;
    • 70 g raw foie gras;
    • 50 g dry soy asparagus;
    • vegetable oil;
    • green salad;
    • Cherry tomatoes;
    • balsamic vinegar;
    • mayonnaise;
    • truffle oil;
    • salt and black pepper;
    • 1/8 red hot pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove films and excess fat from pork fillets. Then chop the meat finely with a sharp knife or chop it in a blender. Place in a bowl. Boil small shrimps, placing them in boiling water for a few minutes. Then peel, cut and add to the meat. Chop the mushrooms into cubes and fry in a little vegetable oil. Transfer to the rest of the minced meat.

Step 2

The original recipe suggests using black truffles. But since this is a rare and very expensive product, it can be replaced with mushrooms or honey mushrooms, which, however, will change the taste of the final dish. Salt and pepper the minced meat and mix thoroughly. If you like spicy dishes, add a finely chopped piece of hot red pepper to the meat.

Step 3

Cut fresh foie gras into cubes and fry in a little vegetable oil. If this product is not available in the store, exclude it from the recipe or replace it with chicken liver.

Step 4

Soak dried soy asparagus in water. When it is soft, gently unfold it and place it on a table covered with cling film. A few strips of asparagus should be used to make a rectangular meatloaf casing.

Step 5

Fold the minced meat over the asparagus and spread it evenly over the entire surface of the shell. Top with fried foie gras. Roll up the roll gently. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the roll, covering the container with a lid, for 20 minutes. It will need to be turned over periodically.

Step 6

Cut the finished roll and place on portioned plates. A vegetable salad is ideal as a side dish for this dish. To do this, mix the halved cherry tomatoes with green salad. Add some balsamic vinegar to the mixture. Also a good addition to a meat dish will be a sauce made from a mixture of mayonnaise and truffle oil.
