Cold tomato soup is especially pleasant to eat in hot summer. And if you add shrimp and vodka to it, you can surprise guests with an original alcoholic dish with a weak taste of alcohol. That is why such a soup can be prepared not only for lunch, but also for dinner and even for parties.
It is necessary
- - tomatoes - 2 pcs;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - tomato paste - 1 tsp;
- - onion - 1 pc;
- - meat broth - 250 ml;
- - milk - 0.5 cups;
- - peeled shrimps - 100 g;
- - sour cream - 100 g;
- - vodka - 120 g;
- - flour - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - salt, black pepper, dill - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the tomatoes, pierce them in several places with a toothpick and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Remove and peel.
Step 2
Finely chop the onions and sauté them in a heated skillet with melted butter until light golden brown. Add flour and cook for another 10 minutes over low heat.
Step 3
Add tomato paste, milk and broth to the skillet. Bring everything to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes more.
Step 4
Wash the shrimps and dry a little, and finely chop the dill. Cut the baked tomatoes into small wedges.
Step 5
Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste, pour vodka into it, add dill, shrimp and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and cool naturally. Pour into bowls, serve sour cream and rye bread with tomato soup.
