Step 1

Multi-colored jelly must be prepared separately from each other. Pour everything that is in the bag into different containers and pour boiling water in the proportions as indicated on the pack, wait until the mixture cools down a little, and put it in the refrigerator until it hardens completely. Pour gelatin into the warmed milk and leave for half an hour to swell.

Step 2

When the jelly is frozen, take it out and cut it into pieces. Next, you need to beat the sour cream along with the sugar. When the gelatin is swollen, heat it over low heat. You cannot boil. Pour gelatin into sour cream with sugar. Mix everything thoroughly and gradually add pieces of colored jelly. Pour the whole mixture into the prepared form. We put the cake in the refrigerator for a day so that it freezes well.

Step 3

The mold with the chilled cake must be lowered for 2 minutes before use. into hot water and turn onto a serving dish. Decorate the cake or not, decide for yourself. If the bottom of the mold is patterned, then jewelry may not be needed. I decorated with cherries. Before cooking, the cake mold can be covered with cling film, then there is no need to dip it into hot water.
