Potatoes are one of the most popular side dishes. Potatoes with caraway sauce will be very good when served with meat or fish.

- - vegetable oil 1/4 cup;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - fresh dill and parsley;
- For the sauce:
- - onions 5 pcs;
- - flour 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - cumin 0.5 tbsp. spoons;
- - honey 1 tbsp. the spoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, then cut the middle out of each potato and fill it with toasted onions. Put the potatoes in a deep frying pan, add vegetable oil and water, simmer over medium heat, covered for about 15 minutes.
Step 3
Boil the potato cores in salted water, add vegetable oil and pepper. Pound the cooked potatoes to make mashed potatoes.
Step 4
To prepare the sauce, take 5 onions and cut each into 4 parts, boil and rub through a sieve. Fry the flour in vegetable oil and add to the onion. Add cumin and honey and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
When the stuffed potatoes are almost done, top them with the mashed potatoes and top with the prepared sauce.
