Pastry "Potato" is familiar to many since childhood. We offer you a recipe for the usual cakes in a new version. It looks like an ordinary "Potato", but the taste is strikingly different. Lovers of marmalade and nuts will love it.

It is necessary

  • - 400 g of biscuit biscuits;
  • - 250 ml of milk;
  • - 100 g of butter;
  • - 100 g of peeled almonds;
  • - 20 ml of brandy;
  • - 15 g of marmalade slices;
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder, powdered sugar, sugar;
  • - vanilla.

Instructions

Step 1

Place the biscuits in the blender bowl, chop into crumbs. Grind and peeled almonds until crumbled. Mix both crumbs and set aside.

Step 2

Pour milk into a saucepan, add vanilla, cocoa powder, sugar, butter and brandy, mix. Put on low heat, let it boil, stirring constantly this mixture. The sugar will disperse, so the mass will resemble icing. Boil it for 2 minutes, remove from the stove.

Step 3

Add the resulting chocolate mass to the cookies, stir. Knead the dough, all the liquid may not be needed - look at the eye. If it turns out not very sweet, then you can add a little more sugar to the dough.

Step 4

Roll the balls from the resulting mass, you get about 15 pieces. Put a gummy slice in each ball, close, put on a board, covered in advance with cling film.

Step 5

Sprinkle the chocolate chips with powdered sugar, refrigerate until they solidify. The butter will set and the cakes will be thicker.

Step 6

Chocolate potatoes with almonds and marmalade are ready, serve for tea. This is a very tasty delicacy that looks familiar, but with a completely different taste - enjoy.
