Usually, chops are prepared from chicken fillet or breast, but when there is no strength and desire to wield a hammer or roll the chicken onto the usual cutlets, fritters can be made from chicken fillets that taste like chops, but are prepared much easier and faster.
It is necessary
- - chicken fillet - 0.5 kg;
- - egg - 1 piece;
- - mayonnaise or sour cream - 4 tbsp. l. with a slide;
- - flour - 3 tbsp. l;
- - onion - 1 piece;
- - salt, pepper - to taste;
- - sunflower oil.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the chilled chicken fillet, remove excess fat and films and cut into 1 * 1 cm cubes (if a frozen fillet or breast is taken, then it is necessary to remove it from the freezer first so that it melts on its own at room temperature).
Step 2
We transfer the chicken to a bowl, drive in an egg, and add salt and seasonings. Peel and cut the onion into very small pieces, pour into a bowl. Put mayonnaise or sour cream to the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. We leave the meat for 10-15 so that it is saturated with spices and milk fats. Then pour the flour into a bowl and mix again.
Step 3
We put a frying pan on the fire, pour vegetable oil into it and wait until it warms up. Then we scoop the pancake blank with a tablespoon and put it in the pan. The pancakes should not be too thick, otherwise, the meat inside will not fry. We wait until the pancakes are browned on one side, and immediately turn them over to the other. It is better to do this with a wooden spatula. Then cover the pan with a lid for a couple of minutes, then the pancakes will turn out to be juicier. Remove the finished dish from the pan. We spread it on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve to the table with rice or mashed potatoes, can be supplemented with a salad of fresh vegetables.
