  • For four servings:
  • - apricots - 450 grams;
  • - heavy cream - 400 milliliters;
  • - sugar - 100 grams;
  • - amaretto - 50 milliliters;
  • - vanilla pod;
  • - gelatin - 1 teaspoon with a hill;
  • - icing sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the pits from the apricots. Set aside a third, lay the rest of the apricots with the slices up on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sugar. Put in the oven for ten minutes (temperature - 200 degrees).

Pour gelatin with water (3 tablespoons), leave to swell. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Put in a ladle along with the pod, then pour in the cream, add sugar. Bring to a boil, turn off, cover.

Transfer the baked apricots to a bowl, chop with a blender in mashed potatoes. If the fruit has a thick skin, then it is better to remove it.

Melt the swollen gelatin over medium heat, do not let it boil! Strain the creamy mixture, add gelatin and apricot puree. Mix. Combine mashed potatoes and cream.

Step 5
